The Breakfast Banquet Menus

The breakfast banquet menus are served until 10:30 AM
All breakfast selections are accompanied by Coffee,
Orange Juice or Apple Juice and Ice Water.

Continental Buffet
Fresh fruit platter, breakfast pastries, bagels with cream cheese
and sweet vanilla yogurt with granola.

$13 per guest

Country Breakfast Buffet
Scrambled eggs with cheddar cheese,
biscuits and sausage gravy. Includes s fresh fruit platter.

$15 per guest

Breakfast Taco Buffet
Scrambled eggs with your choice of chorizo, bacon or sausage,
warm corn tortillas, skillet potatoes, shredded cheese, sour cream, salsa bar
and includes a fresh fruit platter.
Add Guacamole for 50¢ per guest.

$17 per guest

The Full Breakfast Buffet

Includes a fresh fruit platter and breakfast pastries.

Choose one egg option:
1. Scrambled eggs with Vermont Cheddar, tomatoes and herbs
2. Scrambled eggs with mushrooms and sliced scallions
3. Upgrade to scrambled eggs with a medley of peppers and sausage
for $1 per guest

Choose one potato option:
1. Hash brown potatoes
2. Skillet potatoes
3. Upgrade to Potatoes O’Brian with cheddar cheese
and scallions for 75¢ per guest

Choose one protein option:
1. Applewood-smoked bacon
2. Heritage pork breakfast links
3. Maple glazed grilled ham

$18 per guest
