Top 10 Must-Read Children’s Books of 2022 (as selected and described by Allison!):
1. Maybe by Kobi Yamada
This is one of our very favorite books at Storybook Nook. It’s a wonderful story about the potential in all of us. Great for children and adults alike.

2. The Candy Dish by Kobi Yamada
New for 2022, this is a story about how everything is shaped by how we look at it, and the magical powers that can be found in patience, perspective, and gratitude.
TRY THIS: Pair this charming story with a bag of freshly pulled Salt Water Taffy from Chocolate Covered Wagon and and a dainty dish from Lulu's Boutique. It's the idea treat for your someone sweet!
3. All the Places to Love by Patricia MacLachlan
Within the sanctuary of a loving family, new baby Sylvie discovers all the places to love as told by each member of her family. Beautifully illustrated, this is a perfect gift for parents of a new baby!
FUN FACT: When deciding which books make the cut and end up on the shelves at Storybook Nook, Allison considers the quality of the story AND the illustrations. It has to be the perfect combination in order to make the grade. The gorgeous pictures in this book were painted by Mike Wimmer.
